Leeann Chin is a local brand that started here in the Twin Cities. Leeann Chin herself grew up in China and learned to cook from her parents. After she moved to Minneapolis, she began cooking traditional Chinese dishes for those around her.
Those dishes were so beloved, that in 1980, Leeann Chin’s first Chinese restaurant opened under her namesake.
